• All dogs who attend daycare MUST wear a regular flat collar
• All dogs must be walked in and out of our facility on lead and must remain on lead at all times.
• Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for joining our daycare.
• Please note that not all dogs are suitable.
• Dogs with certain behavioral or aggression issues will not be accepted.
• All male dogs over the age of 6-9 months must be neutered. (This is at staff’s discretion and depends on each individual dog’s hormone changes and behavior)
• Female dogs who come into season will not be able to attend daycare for the duration of their season (2-4 weeks).
• All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate including kennel cough. It is the owner’s responsibility to keep these up-to-date.
• In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, we will take your dog to The Village Vet in Douglas. All vet bills are down to the sole responsibility of the owner and The Spaw are not responsible.
• The Spaw will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
• The Spaw reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behavior.
